ACVI Semester 1 Exams - January 2026

Upcoming Final Exams for all students 

Students will be writing their final exams/summative evaluations from Wednesday, January 21st to Monday, January 26th, 2026.

• The exam schedule is posted on the ACVI website and on Students’ Grade Level Google Classrooms.

• Exams begin promptly at 9:30 am and run for 1.5 or 2.0 hours. Students are responsible for arriving on time with adequate writing supplies.

• Students arriving late for any exam must report to the office before going to the exam. Students arriving late will be given the remaining time to write the exam.

• School buses will be running on their regular schedule/times on exam days.

• If buses are cancelled for any reason or in the event of a school closure, exams scheduled for that day will be rescheduled for Tuesday, January 27th, 2026.

• Only those students who have an exam are required to attend school on exam days.

• There are no classes for students on Wednesday, January 28th , 2026 (except PLP/Small Class placements).

 

Semester 2 begins on Thursday, January 29th, 2026.
