Upcoming Final Exams for all ACVI students
Dear Parents and Guardians:
Re: Upcoming Final Exams for all students
We ask that you kindly book any trips/vacations/appointments after the exam period.
The Grade 12 students will be writing their first 3 final exams during their scheduled classes on Friday, June 12th, Monday, June 15th, and Tuesday, June 16th. The final Grade 12 exam will be written with the entire school on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026.
All students (Grades 9 to 11) will be writing their final exams from Wednesday, June 17th to Monday, June 22nd, 2026.
Please see the attached exam schedule:
Grade 9 Students taking Math this semester will be writing the EQAO test on Friday, June 12th to Tuesday June 16th, 2026.
• The last day of classes is Tuesday, June 16th, 2026.
• The last day of class for students in our PLP/small class placement program is Wednesday, June 24th, 2026.
• The exam schedule will be made available on the school website and on Students’ Google Classrooms at the end of May.
• Grades 9-11 Exams begin at 9:30 am and run for 1.5 or 2.0 hours. Students are responsible for arriving on time with adequate writing supplies.
• Students arriving late for any exam must report to the main office. Students arriving late will be given the remaining time to write the exam.
• School buses will be running on their regular schedule/times on the days of the exam.
• If buses are cancelled for any reason or in the event of a school closure, exams scheduled for that day will be rescheduled for Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026.
• Only those students who have an exam are required to attend school on the day of the exam.
