Save the Date - ACVI's June 2026 Commencement

We trust that your student is working hard to meet the requirements for their graduation. Our Commencement Ceremony will be held on June 24th at the Tribute Communities Centre, located at 99 Athol Street East in Oshawa. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm, with students needing to arrive by 1:15pm. Students can bring as many guests as they wish.

The deadline for community hours and opt out forms is June 1st. This allows the Commencement Committee time to print out all diplomas for the ceremony. If students submit hours after the deadline, the diploma can be picked up in the summer in the Guidance Office.

Students must have a graduation gown and cap in order to cross the stage, these can be found on School Cash Online. The deadline to purchase is April 30th.

More details concerning awards and day of instructions will be given to students at a graduation assembly on June 9th and will be printed in a letter to caregivers closer to the date.
