ACVI Semester 2 Exams - June 2025
The Grade 12 students will be writing their final exams from Friday June 13th to Wednesday June 18th, 2025. See schedule below for Grades 12:
June 13th – Period 1 exam
June 16th – Period 2 exam
June 17th – Period 3 exam
June 18th – Period 4 exam
All other students (Grades 9 to 11) will be writing their final exams from Wednesday June 18th to Monday June 23rd, 2025. See schedule below for Grades 9 to 11 exams:
June 18th – Period 4 exam
June 19th – Period 3 exam
June 20th – Period 2 exam
June 23rd – Period 1 exam
Grade 9 students taking Math this semester will be writing the EQAO test on Friday June 13th, Monday June 16th and Tuesday June 17th, 2025.
Other information relevant to exams:
· The last day of classes is Tuesday June 17th, 2025.
· The last day of class for students in our PLP/small class placement program is June 25th, 2025.
· The exam schedule is posted on the school website and on Students’ Google Classrooms.
· Exams begin at 9:30 am and run for 1.5 or 2.0 hours. Students are responsible for arriving on time with adequate writing supplies.
· Students arriving late for any exam must report to the main office. Students arriving late will be given the remaining time to write the exam.
· School buses will be running on their regular schedule on the days of the exam.
· If buses are cancelled for any reason or in the event of a school closure, exams scheduled for that day will be rescheduled for June 24th, 2025.
· Only those students who have an exam are required to attend school on the day of the exam.
